International
Within the Nordic countries, we send your package with Postnord Varubrev, which is handed over to each respective country's national Postal Service. This means that we have limited tracking on these packages once they have left the country.The delivery time to countries within the Nordic countries is about 6-8 business days after the product is packed.
Outside the Nordic countries, we send your package with Deutsche Post which is trackable and takes 3-5 business days after the package is handled at the warehouse to Germany and 3-6 business days within Europe. You receive a tracking number via email and can track your package at https://packet.deutschepost.com/. If a package needs to go through customs in a country, it may take a few extra days depending on the destination country. Please note, for orders outside of the European Union, your country might charge you custom fees and VAT charges.
Package "Registered"?
If your package is listed as"registered", the package has been packed and ready on the registration date. In this case, either Postnord may have not picked the package up yet due to delays, or they have not scanned all the packages they have picked up. You will see a new scan of the package and an update of the tracking information next time the package is scanned at a sorting terminal.
Domestic (Sweden)
Our goal is always to send your package the next business day after you place your order. After your parcel is packed and ready, it will be picked up by our shipping partner Postnord. The package is sent as a "Varubrev" and, according to Postnord, should take 2-3 working days to arrive. Any delay may occur on the part of Postnord or in the event of extremely high pressure on the website. You can find more information about the Postnord's Varubrev service here: Postnord Information.
By choosing Postnord Varubrev at checkout, you agree that Postnord Varubrev is delivered in a mailbox, at the door, or in a bag outside the mailbox. If the parcel cannot be delivered to the mailbox, door or bag, the recipient must pick it up at a service point. It is Postnord that chooses which of these alternatives to use, and we at Switch Nails have no opportunity to influence the delivery method.
In your confirmation email, you will receive a tracking number for your package and we always recommend downloading Postnord's own app where you can follow the parcel's journey.
