Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders over 300 SEK within Sweden. To avoid a shipping fee, you must actively select a free shipping option at checkout before completing your order.
To qualify for the offer, the total amount of your order must exceed 300 SEK after any discounts.
Order Packing
Our goal is always to ship your package the next business day after you place your order.
During busy periods, this time may be extended, and we will do our best to inform you on the website if there are any delays.
Once your package is packed and ready, it will be picked up by the respective courier, and the estimated delivery time will begin once the package is received by the courier.
Shipping Options
Below is a list of the shipping methods offered by Switch Nails. The checkout will show an estimated delivery time for each shipping option. This delivery time is an estimate based on when the courier receives the package, and we cannot guarantee it. Please note that delays may occur, especially during Christmas shopping, other holidays, or large promotions. The fee for each shipping method will be displayed at checkout.
Instabox Parcel Lockers - Sweden & Denmark
Your postal code determines whether this shipping option is available. The package will be delivered to a storage box at a selected pick-up point and will be notified via SMS from Instabox. The package will be available for three days.
Note that ID verification with BankID may be required (a link will be sent via SMS from phone number 71020). We recommend using the Instabox app, which you can find here: https://instabox.io/app
Budbee Parcel Lockers - Sweden, Finland, Denmark
Your postal code determines whether this shipping option is available. The package will be delivered to a storage box at a selected pick-up point and will be notified via SMS from Budbee.
Note that ID verification with BankID may be required. We recommend using the Budbee app, which you can find here: https://budbee.com/se/
Postnord Parcel Letter - Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Norway
By selecting Postnord Parcel Letter at checkout, you agree that Postnord’s Parcel Letter will be delivered to your mailbox, door, or placed in a bag outside your mailbox. If the package cannot be delivered to the mailbox, door, or bag, the recipient must pick it up at a service point. Postnord decides how the delivery will be made, and Switch Nails cannot influence this. We recommend using the Postnord app, available here: (https://www.postnord.se/vara-verktyg/postnord-app/
Postnord Parcel Letters are partially trackable within Sweden. For packages leaving the country, Postnord’s partners (Postii, Posten.no, Åland Post) take over, and the package is treated as a letter with limited tracking.
Deutsche Post – Europe
For EU packages, shipments are tracked with Deutsche Post. Pick-ups from our warehouse occur every other day.
International Packages
For packages sent outside of the Nordic countries and the EU, we ship them as trackable packages via DHL Express or UPS, depending on which option is available for the specific country. These packages are picked up every other day from our warehouse.
Tracking
Once your shipment has left our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. Every completed and approved order will automatically generate an order confirmation. The most common reason for missing order confirmations and delivery notifications is that an incorrect email address was provided during the order. Please check your spam folder just in case.
Standard Delivery Times
Sweden - 2-3 business days
Germany - 3-5 business days with Deutsche Post
EU - 3-6 business days with Deutsche Post
Finland / Denmark / Norway - 6-8 business days with Postnord/Postii/Posten
For shipments outside the EU, we send your package with DHL Express or UPS, both of which are trackable and take approximately 7-10 business days. If a package needs to go through customs, it may take a few extra days depending on the destination country.
Package Marked as "Registered"?
If your package is marked as “registered,” it means the package was packed and ready for dispatch on the registration date. However, it may not have been picked up by the courier yet. We have pick-ups every business day for domestic packages, but delays may occur during busy periods at the couriers.
It may also be that the package hasn't been scanned at the terminal yet. Larger shipments are not scanned individually at pick-up but during the next step when the packages are sorted at the terminal.
Unclaimed Packages
Remember to pick up your package on time. The package will remain at the pick-up point or locker for varying amounts of time depending on the delivery provider’s rules. If you have paid for your order but have not picked it up, you will automatically be refunded for the items (but not the shipping cost) once we process your delivery.
