Black Week is approaching and our team is working quickly and carefully. During Black Week, order volumes are higher than usual, so your order may need a little extra time to be packed.
Our shipping partners are also in their peak season, which may lead to slightly longer delivery times. Once your parcel arrives at a locker or service point, please pick it up as soon as possible.

Free shipping
We offer free shipping on orders over 300 SEK within Sweden. To avoid a shipping fee, you must actively select a free shipping option at checkout before completing your order.
To qualify for the offer, the total amount of your order must exceed 300 SEK after any discounts.
Order packing
Our goal is always to ship your package within one business day after you place your order.
During busy periods, this time may be extended, and we will do our best to inform you on the website if there are any delays.
Once your package is packed and ready, it will be picked up by the respective courier, and the estimated delivery time will begin once the package is received by the courier.
Tracking
Once your shipment has left our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. Every completed and approved order will automatically generate an order confirmation. The most common reason for missing order confirmations and delivery notifications is that an incorrect email address was provided during the order. Please check your spam folder just in case.
Shipping Options
Below is a list of the shipping methods offered by Switch Nails. The checkout will show an estimated delivery time for each shipping option. This delivery time is an estimate based on when the courier receives the package, and we cannot guarantee it. Please note that delays may occur, especially during Christmas shopping, other holidays or large promotions. The fee for each shipping method will be displayed at checkout.
Postnord Varubrev - Sweden
By selecting Postnord Varubrev at checkout, you agree that Postnord’s Parcel Letter will be delivered to your mailbox, door or placed in a bag outside your mailbox. If the package cannot be delivered to the mailbox, door or bag, the recipient must pick it up at a service point. Postnord decides how the delivery will be made, and Switch Nails cannot influence this. We recommend using the Postnord app, available here: https://www.postnord.se/vara-verktyg/postnord-app/
Postnord Parcel Letters are partially trackable within Sweden and is a letter service. Letter services are not editable, when a shipment is sent we can no longer edit information or delivery.
Priority Standard - Europe
Priority Standard is a partially trackable letter service from Sweden to Norway, Finland, Germany and countries within the European Union. After the letter leaves Sweden it is handed over to the local post until it’s delivered in your mailbox. You will be able to track the shipment from the tracking link shared in your confirmation email and on the respective websites for your local posts. How the letter is delivered depends on your local post company. Letter services are not editable, when a shipment is sent we can no longer edit information or delivery.
Instabox/Budbee Parcel Lockers - Sweden, Finland & Denmark
Your postal code determines whether this shipping option is available. The package will be delivered to a storage box at a selected pick-up point and you will be notified via SMS from Instabox/Budbee. The package will be available for three days. Instabox and Budbee are the same company and can sometimes deliver to each others parcel lockers.
Note that ID verification with BankID may be required (a link will be sent via SMS from phone number 71020).

Budbee Home Delivery - Sweden
Your postal code determines whether this shipping option is available. The package will be delivered home to you by a driver. When Budbee has an estimated delivery time you can choose to change the day/time to what suits you best. We recommend using the Budbee app, which you can find here: https://budbee.com/se/
UPS Home delivery
UPS Home delivery is available as Standard shipping time and Express shipping time. Note that the estimated delivery time will begin once the package is received by the courier.
Our goal is always to ship your package within one business day after you place your order.
DHL Parcel Connect
DHL Parcel Connect is available as home delivery and Service Point. Home delivery may need to be signed once delivered. You will be able to follow your package in the Post & DHL app, that you can find here: https://www.deutschepost.de/de/p/post-und-dhl-app.html you can change how you want the package delivered in the Post & DHL-app. Please note that in some countries because of GDPR only the recipient may take part in information regarding service point.
Unclaimed Packages
Remember to pick up your package on time. The package will remain at the pick-up point or locker for varying amounts of time depending on the delivery provider’s rules. If you have paid for your order but have not picked it up, you will automatically be refunded for the items (but not the shipping cost) once we process your delivery.
