Right of withdrawal 

If you regret your purchase or any product from your order, you can return it and receive a refund. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product and let us know that you wish to return it, and we will provide instructions on how to proceed. Do not return anything before contacting our customer service.

You can email us at info@switch-nails.com or use our “self-service” on the website. Don't forget to include your order number when you email. For your return to be approved, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with any accompanying packaging intact.
Our goal is to process the return within 10 business days of receiving it at our warehouse. The refund will be made within 30 days of processing the return, and the time it takes will depend on your chosen payment method. The refunded amount only covers the cost of the product, not the shipping cost.

As a customer, you are responsible for the risk during the return shipping, including the risk of the product being damaged or lost during the return journey. Please pack the items well.

Once you inform us that you wish to return a product, you have 14 days (under the Distance Selling Act) to return it. Once we receive your return and confirm that the product is in substantially unchanged condition, we will refund you within 14 days and send you an email confirming the refunded amount.

The refund will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase. We are unable to change the payment method, so if you’ve changed your Swish number, bank account, etc., we can offer a gift card for the amount instead.

For items purchased between November 20th and December 31st, we offer an extended return and exchange period until January 14th, under the same terms as stated above.

Please note that our policy only covers purchases made directly from our website and is linked to specific order numbers. Returns are not accepted for products received as gifts or purchased second-hand — in those cases, you must contact the original purchaser.


Returns of In-store purchases

Returns and/or exchanges for products purchased in a physical store can only be done at the physical store. If the store is a pop-up that’s only open for a limited period, returns can only be made within that time frame.

Free Returns - What Does It Mean?

Free returns means we provide you with a return shipping label completely free of charge! You must contact our customer service to get your return approved and to receive instructions on how to create your free return label. See Return Instructions below.
As long as you use the return shipping label we provide, we will cover the return shipping cost. If you choose to purchase and pay for your own return shipping, you will be responsible for that cost. We cannot refund any return shipping costs paid for the original order.

Create return label via the website (SWE)

If you regret your purchase, you can initiate a return. If you received a damaged product, you can file a claim by contacting our customer service. Please note that we do not have a “satisfaction guarantee.” This means we do not accept returns/claims for products you’ve used but that do not meet your expectations.

- To register a return request, click on the left green icon that looks like a speech bubble.
- Click on “Help with your order.”
- Log in using your phone number or email, and a password will be sent to you.
- Click on the relevant order for the products you want to return.
- Click on “I want to make a return!” and select either "Within Sweden" or "Outside Sweden."
- Fill in the products you want to return, the reason for return, and click "Send."
- Once your return is registered, you will be contacted via email with further instructions on how to create your free return label. We do not refund any shipping costs incurred by you.

If you need help registering your return, you can of course contact our customer service at info@switch-nails.com. As a customer, you are responsible for the product until it is received by our returns department, including the risk of damage or loss during the return shipping. Please pack it securely.
Note that your order number must be included in the package so we can match the return to the correct customer.

Exchanges

As a customer, you have the right to return the ordered item within 30 days of receiving it. Exchange is not applicable through our online store, so all "exchanges" are handled as returns and refunds, and you, as a customer, need to place a new order for the item you wish to exchange for.
If you used a gift card for the product you want to return, we will refund the amount to the gift card, and you can use it for your new purchase.
If you used a time-limited discount code or campaign offer when purchasing the item you wish to return, the discount will not apply to the new purchase, but you can use other valid discount codes or offers for the new order.
Gift cards cannot be exchanged or refunded. See special terms for sale and clearance items.

Sale and Clearance Items

When purchasing sale or clearance items from the online store, specific return rules may apply. Exchange is not applicable through the online store. The right of withdrawal under the Distance Selling Act (14 days from pick-up day) applies for online purchases and must be covered by you as the customer. The return shipping cost is at your own expense.
