When you make a purchase, your personal data is processed to fulfill the contract with you. Marketing, campaigns, and similar communications are done with your consent.

What data is stored and for what purpose?

Payment Provider
When completing a purchase, information is shared with our payment provider. This includes first name, last name, address, email, and phone number. If you choose to pay by invoice, your personal identification number will also be stored with the payment provider. The information is stored to complete the purchase and to protect the parties against fraud.

The payment providers we use are: Klarna, Swish, and credit card payments.

Shipping Companies
To deliver your orders and complete our agreement, we must share specific information with the shipping company. This includes your first and last name, as well as delivery address. Your email address and/or mobile number may also be shared with the shipping company for notifications.

Newsletters
If you have subscribed to our newsletter, your first name, last name, and email address will be shared with our newsletter provider. This allows us to keep you updated with information and offers for marketing purposes.
We use Klaviyo for newsletter distribution.

Right of Access
You have the right to request a copy of all information we hold about you. The copy will be delivered electronically in a readable format.

Right to Rectification
You have the right to ask us to update any incorrect information or supplement any incomplete information.

Right to be Forgotten
You can request that your data be deleted at any time. There are few exceptions to the right to erasure, such as if the data needs to be kept to fulfill a legal obligation (e.g., according to the Bookkeeping Act).

How We Protect Your Personal Data
We use industry standards like SSL/TLS and one-way hash algorithms to securely store, process, and communicate sensitive information, such as personal data and passwords. We use the international platform, Shopify, for our online store.

Changes to the Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to make changes to the terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be published online on the website. The modified terms are considered accepted when placing an order or visiting the website.
