This giveaway is organized by Switch Nails AB (“The Organizer”).
By entering, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
2. Purpose of the Giveaway
The giveaway aims to randomly select ten (10) winners, each receiving a year’s supply (26 sets) of press-on nails from Switch Nails.
3. Giveaway Period
The giveaway runs from October 10, 2025 to November 16, 2025.
Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
4. Eligibility
To participate, you must meet the following criteria:
• You are at least 18 years old at the time of entry
• You are a legal resident of Sweden, Norway or any country within the European Union.
• You register with a valid email address and phone number
• Employees of the Organizer and their immediate family members are not eligible
• Participation is free of charge and does not require a purchase

6. Prize Details
Each winner will receive:
• 26 sets of press-on nails (a one-year supply)
• Sets selected by Switch Nails.
The prize is personal and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash. The prize will be shipped using a delivery method chosen by Switch Nails within Sweden, Norway or the European Union.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be randomly selected from all valid entries no later than November 30, 2025.
They will be contacted via the email address or phone number provided.
If a winner does not respond within two (2) business days of first contact, the Organizer reserves the right to select a new winner.
8. Data Protection (GDPR)
By entering, you consent to Switch Nails AB processing your personal data in accordance with GDPR, for the purpose of administering the giveaway and sending you marketing, news, and promotional offers via email and SMS.

9. Limitation of Liability
The Organizer is not responsible for technical issues, lost entries, email delivery errors, or other circumstances beyond its control.

The Organizer reserves the right to modify these terms or cancel the giveaway in case of unforeseen circumstances. Any updates will be published on the official Switch Nails website.
11. Compliance with Swedish Law
This giveaway complies with Swedish,Norwegian and European Union lottery regulations. Participation is free of charge, and winners are selected through a random draw.
12. Disputes and Governing Law
Any disputes related to the giveaway should first be resolved amicably with the Organizer.
Swedish law applies, and any disputes will be settled by Swedish courts.
