General information
The company is based in Uppsala. In order to make a purchase on Switch-nails.com, you must be over 18 years old. If you are under 18, parental consent is required according to “Föräldrabalken”. By placing an order on Switch-nails.com, you accept the terms published at the time and confirm that the information you provide about yourself is correct. The terms "we," "our," and "us," refer to the company Switch Nails AB

Prices and Payment
Each product is priced with VAT included. At checkout, you will see the total price including VAT, any fees, and any applicable discounts.
Ordering and paying via Switch-nails.com is secure and simple. We provide the following payment options:

Order Confirmation and Additions
Each completed and approved order automatically generates an order confirmation. The most common reason for not receiving an order confirmation is entering an incorrect email address or the confirmation being automatically sorted into your spam folder. The easiest way to find these emails is by searching for info@switch-nails.com in all email folders.
A valid agreement between you and Switch Nails is only concluded once we have confirmed your order with an order confirmation and sent a purchase/delivery confirmation when your order is packed and ready for delivery.
Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it is considered binding under Swedish law (the Sale of Goods Act, Köplagen). After confirmation, customers cannot have additional items added to their order by Switch Nails. However, customers may be offered the option to add certain products to their order at a discounted price via promotional suggestions. Any such additions must be actively accepted by the customer and processed as a separate new transaction, and is technically two separate purchases packed together. The final order is complete when both transactions are approved.
Shipping and Delivery
We offer free shipping when you spend at least 300 SEK within Sweden. To avoid a shipping fee, you must actively select a free shipping option in the checkout before completing your order.
To qualify for this offer, your total order amount must exceed 300 SEK after any discount code.

Uncollected Packages
Remember to collect your package on time. Your package will remain at the collection point/locker for varying periods depending on the delivery provider's rules. If you have paid for your order but have not collected it, you will automatically be credited for the cost of the items (but not the shipping fee) once the order is returned to us.
Right of Withdrawal
If you regret your purchase or any product from your order, you can return it and get your money back within a reasonable time (30 days).
To qualify, make sure you follow our return terms and conditions.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- Unopened and unused
- In its original packaging, including all accompanying packaging
- Complete with no pieces missing
- Returned within 30 days from the date of delivery

You can start the return process by emailing info@switch-nails.com or using our “self-service” on the website. Include your order number when contacting us.
Once the return process is started, you have 14 days (under the Distance Selling Act) to return the product.

Abnormal Purchase and Return Behavior
As a customer of Switch Nails, you have the right to order products and return those you do not wish to keep. However, if we notice abnormal or unsustainable purchasing or return behavior, or attempts at fraud that are harmful to the environment and costly to manage, we reserve the right to refuse an order, charge a return fee, or ban a customer from making purchases on our website.
Examples of behaviors that may be considered violations of this policy include:
- Customers repeatedly returning a large portion of purchased products.
- Systematic attempts to use products and then return them, or other forms of deception or fraud.
- Making false claims regarding products, orders, or customer service.
- Any attempts to exploit return or compensation policies in a way that was not intended, such as repeatedly returning products to receive replacements or refunds.
- Bullying, harassing, or threatening Switch Nails team members or members of the Switch Nails community.
- Any other behavior that is threatening, abusive, or significantly increases operational costs.
In cases of abnormal purchasing or return behavior, Switch Nails reserves the right to:
- Charge a return fee of SEK 59 for shipping and administrative costs.
- Ban a customer from making future purchases. The ban is not time-limited and will be applied based on an overall assessment of the customer’s behavior, including number of purchases, returns, use of free return offers, delayed or damaged returns, and any threatening or abusive actions.
Sale and Clearance Items
When purchasing sale or clearance items from the online store or physical store, special return rules may apply. The right to exchange is not applicable via e-commerce. The right of withdrawal and the 14-day distance selling law apply from the day of pickup for purchases made through e-commerce and are at your cost as a customer, and must be sent to us.
Guarantee and Complaints
If you want to make a complaint about a product, please contact our customer service at info@switch-nails.com. Any defect on an item must be reported as soon as possible, or as soon as the defect should have been discovered, within a reasonable time (30 days).
We do not take responsibility for defects caused by damage, wear or misuse. For example, cracks or damage that occur during use or removal.
In case of an approved complaint, we will cover any costs such as shipping fees and refund using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase.
According to the Consumer Purchase Act, it is not possible to claim a product based on dissatisfaction as we do not offer a satisfaction guarantee.
In case of a dispute, we follow the recommendations of the National Board for Consumer Complaints (ARN).

Limitation of Liability
We take no responsibility for direct damages, indirect damages or allergic reactions that may occur due to our products, whether on nails or skin.
We accept no responsibility for delays or errors caused by circumstances beyond the company's control (Force Majeure). These circumstances can include labor conflicts, fires, wars, government decisions, reduced or missed deliveries from suppliers.
Further, we take no responsibility for any changes to products or product features made by the respective supplier or any other factors beyond our control.
Product Information
We reserve the right for any printing errors on this website and for products that may have sold out. We do not guarantee that the images accurately represent the products, as there may be some color differences depending on the screen, photo quality, and resolution. We always try our best to represent the products as accurately as possible.
How long your press-on nails stay on depends on what you do with your hands and how well you take care of your nails. They are designed to last for 1-2 weeks per use, but we do not guarantee this, as it varies for each individual. If you experience any issues with durability, we kindly ask you to contact our customer service at info@switch-nails.com. We will assist you in identifying the problem and offer tips for proper application and finding the best model for your nails.

Payment Provider
When completing a purchase, information is shared with our payment provider. This includes first name, last name, address, email, and phone number. If you choose to pay by invoice, your personal identification number will also be stored with the payment provider. The information is stored to complete the purchase and to protect the parties against fraud.
The payment providers we use are: Klarna, Swish, and credit card payments.
Shipping Companies
To deliver your orders and complete our agreement, we must share specific information with the shipping company. This includes your first and last name, as well as delivery address. Your email address and/or mobile number may also be shared with the shipping company for notifications.
Newsletters
If you have subscribed to our newsletter, your first name, last name, and email address will be shared with our newsletter provider. This allows us to keep you updated with information and offers for marketing purposes.
We use Klaviyo for newsletter distribution.
Right of Access
You have the right to request a copy of all information we hold about you. The copy will be delivered electronically in a readable format.
