How to make a return from the EU

Make sure you follow our return terms and conditions to qualify for a refund.
All returned products must be unused to be approved.
If you purchased a Combo or package deal, only the entire bundle can be returned.
Your order must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.

To make a return outside of these listed countries, you will need help creating a return label from our customer support team.  

Contact our customer service: info@switch-nails.com and provide your order number and the products you wish to return.

- The return label will be sent to you via email.

- Print the label and attach it to your package.

- The return label is prepaid, and the package can be mailed as a letter via your local postbox. 

- Once we’ve received your return, we’ll refund the product value to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, but the return label is free of charge.
