To get the best longlasting result you must first find which nail shape that is best for your natural nails! In this guide we will go over our different shapes and which natural nails fits which one best!
Almond - Short:
A tapered almond shape with a softly pointed tip. Best suited for medium length nail beds with a moderate curve.
Ballerina - Short:
A tapered shape with a sharp, straight tip. Ideal for longer or more curved nail beds.
Oval - Short:
Oval shape with a gently rounded tip. Best suited for medium to long nail beds with a flatter curve.
Square - Short:
Square shape with a sharp, straight edge. Ideal for longer or more curved nail beds. A straight, classic shape that keeps its width along the sides instead of tapering.
Square - Extra Short:
Square shape with a naturally soft-curved tip. Best suited for short to medium length nail bets with a flatter curve.
So what shape do your natural nails have?
It can be difficult to determine on your own, and that’s exactly why we’re here!
Our Customer Support team includes professional Nail Technicians who are ready to guide you through a personal consultation to ensure the best possible fit.
Before your consultation, we assess three key angles to determine which shape and length will suit your natural nails best:
Curve
Just like our natural nails vary in curvature, our press-ons do as well.
The goal is to find a shape that matches your natural curve as closely as possible.
It is difficult to find a curvature that is 100% perfect, but close enough to provide a secure fit and a comfortable feel.
The easiest way to assess your curve is by taking a photo straight from the front. This is one of the angles our Customer Support team will ask for.
Profile
This is the side view of your nail.
From this angle, we can see your natural nail’s apex, which is the highest point of the nail. In other words, this shows your nail’s profile curve.
This helps us determine which nail structure will fit your natural nail best.
Length
The final angle we ask for is a photo taken from above.
This allows us to see your full nail bed and its length.
The length of your natural nail helps determine which press-on nail length will give you the most compatible result.
Now that you know the three angles, let us take it from here.

Always choose the size that best matches your natural curve. The width of a press-on nail can easily be filed down if needed.
You may feel pressure or discomfort. This happens when the natural curve of your nail is being compressed too much and tries to “push back.”
It may shift, have weaker adhesion, or press into the cuticle area, which can feel uncomfortable.
Absolutely. In fact, it is recommended if the press-on does not perfectly match your natural cuticle shape. A quick, gentle file can make a big difference in both fit and hold.
Not every style will wear the same on every hand. If a specific model lifts faster but you love the design, it may be perfect for special occasions, a weekend, or when you want an elevated look. Since our nails are reusable, you can still enjoy them again and again.
