General information
The company is based in Uppsala. In order to make a purchase on Switch-nails.com, you must be over 18 years old. If you are under 18, parental consent is required according to “Föräldrabalken”. By placing an order on Switch-nails.com, you accept the terms published at the time and confirm that the information you provide about yourself is correct. Prices and Payment
Each product is priced with VAT included. At checkout, you will see the total price including VAT, any fees, and any applicable discounts.
Ordering and paying via Switch-nails.com is secure and simple. We provide the following payment options in Sweden:

Each completed and approved order automatically generates an order confirmation. The most common reason for not receiving an order confirmation is entering an incorrect email address or the confirmation being automatically sorted into your spam folder. The easiest way to find these emails is by searching for info@switch-nails.com in all email folders.
A valid agreement between you and Switch Nails is only concluded once we have confirmed your order with an order confirmation and sent a purchase/delivery confirmation when your order is packed and ready for delivery.
Shipping and Delivery
We offer free shipping when you spend at least 300 SEK within Sweden. To avoid a shipping fee, you must actively select a free shipping option in the checkout before completing your order.
To qualify for this offer, your total order amount must exceed 300 SEK after any discount code.
Here is a list of shipping methods offered by Switch Nails. Estimated delivery times are shown in the checkout for each shipping option. This estimated time is the shipping time after the carrier receives the packed package, and we cannot guarantee it. Please note that delays may occur during holiday seasons, such as Christmas or major campaigns. The fee for each shipping option is shown at checkout.
Instabox Parcel Lockers - SE & DK
Your postal code determines if you can choose this shipping option. The package is delivered to a locker at a selected agent and is notified via SMS from Instabox. The package remains in the locker for three days. Please note: BankID identification may be required (a link may be sent via SMS from phone number 71020). We recommend using the Instabox app, which can be found here: https://instabox.io/app
Budbee Parcel Lockers - SE, FI, DK
Your postal code determines if you can choose this shipping option. The package is delivered to a locker at a selected agent and is notified via SMS from Budbee. Please note: BankID identification may be required. We recommend using the Budbee app, which can be found here: https://budbee.com/se/
PostNord Varubrev - SE, FI, DK, NO
The package is shipped as a parcel letter and may be delivered to a mailbox, outside the door, or to an agent. PostNord decides the delivery method, and neither the recipient nor the sender can influence it. We recommend using the PostNord app, which can be found here: https://www.postnord.se/vara-verktyg/postnord-app/
PostNord Parcel Letters are partially trackable within Sweden. For packages leaving the country, the equivalent PostNord service in the destination country (e.g., Postii, Posten.no, Åland Post) will take over, and the package will be handled as a letter with limited tracking.
Deutsche Post - Europe
For packages within the EU, they are shipped trackably with Deutsche Post. Pick-ups occur at our warehouse every other day.
International Packages
For packages sent outside of the Nordic countries and the EU, we ship them as trackable packages via DHL Express or UPS, depending on which option is available for the specific country. These packages are picked up every other day from our warehouse.
As soon as your shipment leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link.
Uncollected Packages
Remember to collect your package on time. Your package will remain at the collection point/locker for varying periods depending on the delivery provider's rules. If you have paid for your order but have not collected it, you will automatically be credited for the cost of the items (but not the shipping fee) once we process your delivery.
Right of Withdrawal
If you regret your purchase or any product from your order, you can return it and get your money back. Contact us within 30 days of receiving the product and inform us that you wish to return it, and we will provide instructions on how to proceed. Please do not return anything without first contacting our customer service.
You can email us at info@switch-nails.com or use our "self-service" on the website. Don't forget to include your order number when you email us. For your return to be approved, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its undamaged original packaging with accompanying packaging material.
Our goal is to process the return within 10 business days from when it is received at our warehouse. The amount will be refunded within 30 days from when the return is processed, depending on your chosen payment method. The refunded amount covers only the product cost, not the shipping costs.
As the customer, you are responsible for the risk of the return shipping, which includes the risk of the product being damaged or lost during return shipping. Please pack the product well.
Once you've informed us that you wish to return a product, according to the Distance Contracts Act, you have 14 days to return the product. When we receive your return and confirm that the product is in substantially unchanged condition, we will refund you within 14 days and send you an email confirming the refunded amount.
Refunds are made using the same payment method as the purchase. We cannot change the payment method, so if you have changed your Swish number, bank account, or similar, we can offer a gift card for the refunded amount instead.
For products purchased between November 20th and December 31st, you, as a customer, will receive an extended right of withdrawal and exchange until January 14th under the same conditions mentioned above.
Please note that our policy only covers purchases made directly from our website and is linked to specific order numbers. You cannot return a product you received as a gift or purchased second-hand; you must contact the original purchaser.
Free Returns - What Does It Mean?
Free returns mean we provide you with a return shipping label free of charge! You must contact our customer service to have your return approved and receive instructions on how to create your free return label. Please see the Return Instructions below.
As long as you use the return shipping label we provide, we will cover the return shipping cost. If you choose to pay for your own postage/shipping, you will be responsible for that cost. We cannot refund any shipping costs for the original order.
Abnormal Purchase and Return Behavior
As a customer of Switch Nails, you have the right to order products and return those you do not wish to keep. However, if we notice abnormal or unsustainable purchasing/return behavior and/or attempts at fraud, which are harmful to the environment and costly to manage, we reserve the right to refuse an order or charge a return fee.
Examples of behaviors that may be considered violations of this policy include:
- Customers repeatedly returning a large portion of purchased products.- Suspicion that products are systematically returned after use, or other forms of deception or fraud attempts.
In such abnormal purchasing and return behaviors, which often indicate that the customer never intended to keep the products, we reserve the right to charge a return fee for shipping and administrative costs of SEK 59, and we may also ban a customer from making purchases on our website.
The ban is not time-limited. The assessment of a ban or return fee is based on an overall evaluation of the customer's behavior, including the number of purchases, returns, order composition, use of free return offers, delayed and damaged returns, or deliveries. Behavior that can be perceived as threatening to our customer service can also be grounds for suspension.
Creating a Return Label via the Website (SWE)
If you regret your purchase, you can initiate a return. If you received a damaged product, you should file a complaint by contacting our customer service. Please note, we do not have a "satisfaction guarantee." This means we do not accept returns/complaints for products that you have used but do not meet your expectations.
- To register a return request, click on the green icon that looks like a speech bubble.
- Click on "Help with your order."
- Log in using your phone number or email to receive a password.
- Click on the relevant order for the products you wish to return.
- Click on "I want to return this!" and then select whether it's within Sweden or outside Sweden.
- Fill in the products you wish to return, the reason for the return, and click "send."
- After registering your return, you will be contacted via email for further instructions on how to create your free return shipping label. We do not reimburse any costs for your own shipping.
If you need help registering your return, you can of course contact our customer service at info@switch-nails.com. As a customer, you are responsible for the product until it is received by our returns department, including the risk of the product being damaged or lost during return shipping. Please pack the product well.
Please note that your order number must be included in the package so that we can match the correct return to the correct customer.
Exchanges
As a customer, you have the right to return an ordered item within 30 days of receiving the product. The right to exchange is not applicable via e-commerce, and all "exchanges" are handled as returns and refunds. In this case, you as a customer need to place a new order for the item you wish to receive instead.
If you have used a gift card for the product you want to return, we will refund the amount to the gift card, which you can then use for your new purchase.
If you used a time-limited discount code or promotional offer at the time of purchase for the item you're returning, the discount will not apply to your new purchase. However, you can use other current discount codes and offers for your new purchase.

Sale and Clearance Items
When purchasing sale or clearance items from the online store, special return rules may apply. The right to exchange is not applicable via e-commerce. The right of withdrawal and the 14-day distance selling law apply from the day of pickup for purchases made through e-commerce and are at your cost as a customer, and must be sent to us.
Guarantee and Complaints
If you want to make a complaint about a product, please contact our customer service at info@switch-nails.com. Any defect on an item must be reported as soon as possible, or as soon as the defect should have been discovered, within a reasonable time (30 days).
We do not take responsibility for defects caused by damage, wear, or misuse. For example, cracks or damage that occur during use or removal.
In case of an approved complaint, we will cover any costs such as shipping fees and refund using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase.
According to the Consumer Purchase Act, it is not possible to claim a product based on dissatisfaction as we do not offer a satisfaction guarantee.

We take no responsibility for direct damages, indirect damages, or allergic reactions that may occur due to our products, whether on nails or skin.
We accept no responsibility for delays or errors caused by circumstances beyond the company's control (Force Majeure). These circumstances can include labor conflicts, fires, wars, government decisions, reduced or missed deliveries from suppliers.
Further, we take no responsibility for any changes to products or product features made by the respective supplier or any other factors beyond our control.
Product Information
We reserve the right for any printing errors on this website and for products that may have sold out. We do not guarantee that the images accurately represent the products, as there may be some color differences depending on the screen, photo quality, and resolution. We always try our best to represent the products as accurately as possible.
How long your press-on nails stay on depends on what you do with your hands and how well you take care of your nails. They are designed to last for 1-2 weeks per use, but we do not guarantee this, as it varies for each individual. If you experience any issues with durability, we kindly ask you to contact our customer service at info@switch-nails.com. We will assist you in identifying the problem and offer tips for proper application and finding the best model for your nails.

Shipping Companies
To deliver your orders and complete our agreement, we must share specific information with the shipping company. This includes your first and last name, as well as delivery address. Your email address and/or mobile number may also be shared with the shipping company for notifications.
The shipping companies we work with are: Postnord, Instabox, Budbee, Deutsche Post, DHL, and UPS.
Newsletters
If you have subscribed to our newsletter, your first name, last name, and email address will be shared with our newsletter provider. This allows us to keep you updated with information and offers for marketing purposes.
We use Mailchimp for newsletter distribution.
