Watch the video above or follow the step-by-step instructions below.

Pull out the box, lift out the nail tray, take out all the tools and place everything in front of you.

Wash your hands and dry completely. Your natural nails should be free of any type of nail product.

Gently push back your cuticles using the cuticle tool.

Use the file and gently buff the surface of your natural nail. Remove any dust and natural oils with the alcohol wipe.

You can also shorten your natural nails at this stage if necessary. Remember not to touch your nails after they have been sanitised!

Choose the press-on nails that fit your natural nails the best and place them in front of you.

Important: The size (number) underneath the press-on nail should always sit at the tip and not at the base by your cuticle.

Choose a Gluetab that fits your nail, covering as much area as possible without touching the skin. To find a good fit, place the sheet over the natural nail, without removing the protective film. You usually need to go a bit bigger than you think.

Remove the protective film on one side of the Gluetab. Place the Gluetab on your nail, rub it in using your finger and the cuticle tool to remove any air, and peel off the covering film.

Tip: Use a tweezer for easier application. You can also use the cuticle tool and gently push it between the Gluetab and the protective film to loosen it once it has been applied to your nail.

Apply the press-on nails on your dominant hand first. Place the press-on nail at the base of your nail and slightly push it under your cuticle. Fold it down, hold and press for about 10-20 seconds. Apply the thumbs last. This should never hurt! If so, you need to go up a size or try a different shape.

Lastly, use the file to smooth out the tip for a perfect looking result.

That's it, your done!

Remember to save your nails when you remove them, they are reusable!

FAQ

How long do the nails last?

With proper application and fit, your press-on nails can last for up to 1-2 weeks. If you feel that a Gluetab is starting to loosen its grip, just remove it and replace it with a new one. After 2 weeks, we recommend attaching new Gluetabs even if they remain on your own nails. The nails themselves are made to be used several times and how long they last depends on your lifestyle and how well you take care of the press-on nails.

How do you remove the nails?

The easiest way is to use the included cuticle tool and gently push it in between the press-on nail and your natural nail on the sides. You can then lift the press-on nail so it comes off the Gluetab and remove it from your natural nail with your other hand. Watch a video of the process at our Nail University page.

What is included in each package?

In every nail kit you will get all you need for a perfect at home manicure: 24-30 press-on nails for a perfect fit, 60 Gluetabs so you have enough for reuse, a double sided nail file, a cuticle tool and 2 alcohol wipes.

How dow I find the correct sizes?

When you measure your nails, remember to turn your finger from side to side to see if the press-on nail covers your entire nail. Try without Gluetabs to find the right fit, but keep in mind that between the press-on nail and your natural nail, the Gluetab should have enough room to fit. It should never hurt to wear press-on nails. If that's the case, you have most likely taken a size that is too small.

Can I adjust the nails?

Absolutely, you can clip the nails, file them with the included nail file and use stickers or nail polish if you want to customise them furhter. Keep in mind that nail polish remover contains substances that are made to dissolve plastic and can also dissolve the design of the press-on nail. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that they will return to their original condition.
