Returns & Exchanges

If you are not happy with the products you have received, you can of course exchange them or send them back for a refund.

Free Returns - What Does It Mean?

Free returns mean that we provide you with a return shipping label at no cost! You must contact our customer service to get your return approved and to receive instructions on how to create your free return label. As long as you use the return shipping label we provide, we will cover the return cost. If you choose to purchase and pay for your own shipping, you will be responsible for that cost. We cannot reimburse any shipping costs from the original order.

 

Returns

If you are not happy with a product you have received, you're welcome to return it within 30 days after receiving it. Please send us an email at info@switch-nails.com and let us know your order number and we will assist you. You can also use our Self Help widget on the webpage. Please keep in mind that all products need to be unused and in the same condition as when you first received them. Please do not return anything without contacting our customer service first. When we receive your return, we will refund the value of the product within 10 days working days. Shipping is non-refundable.

Exchanges

In the event of an exchange, we want you to return the product, and then place a new order for what you want instead. This is to ensure that you receive your new product as quickly as possible! Shipping for your new order will not be refunded.

Shipping

If you wish to make a return you will receive instructions on how to return your product and where via our customer service. We will help you with a free return shipping label. You can also choose to send the package via your own preferred shipping method to us, but keep in mind that you are responsible for ensuring that the package has tracking as we cannot help you with your return/exchange if the package does not arrive to us. Your order number must be included in the package in order for us to be able to link the correct return to the right customer. Please do not return anything without contacting our customer service first by sending an email to info@switch-nails.com. If we can see that a new order has been placed from your account when we receive your return, we will not deduct the return shipping cost of 32 SEK from your refund.

Refund

We aim to handle returns within maximum 10 working days from the day we receive them at our warehouse. The money will be refunded to you within 30 days and will depend on the payment method you selected when you placed the order.
