Switch Nails Top Coats are specially made to be used on our press-on nails to give you that perfect finish and protect your design. You can of course also use them on your natural nails since they are 10-free, vegan and cruelty free.
Whether you want to freshen up your set or use it to prevent damage to your press-on nails, Switch Nails top coat has your back. It’s easy to apply and creates a smooth and even surface.
Your press-on nails can just as your natural nails wear and tear. And a good way to protect the design is to add a protective layer of top coat. This way, any wear and tear will be on the top coat and not on your design. How often you need to refresh your coat depends on how much wear you experience, it’s very different from person to person. The most important part is to really seal the tip of the nail, read more in the instructions below.
Removers are made to dissolve color and even those without acetone can damage the press-on nail so we recommend using it sparingly and rather refresh your topcoat with a new layer when needed. If you want to try an acetone-free remover, make sure to try it on a spare press-on nail first!
How to use:
1. Clean your natural nails or press-ons with an alcohol wipe to remove dust and oils.
2. Start from the back third of the nail and slightly push the brush towards the cuticles. 3. Pull the brush along the right side of the nail focusing on the right cuticle line.
4. Repeat on the left side of the nail.
5. Start from the back third of the nail again, push the brush towards the cuticle and pull it straight towards the tip.
6. Seal the free edge by doing 2-3 strokes along the tip and almost go a little bit underneath the nail to really cap it.
7. Let it dry for a couple of minutes and you’re ready to go!
